Project Management - Girls Boarding House

The project comprised the construction of a new Boarding House for 72 girls plus housemistress and staff accomodation.

Evans Jones were appointed as Project Managers from inception and maintained overall responsibility for the project, managing the Professional Team, Construction Contract and Fit Out Contract.

Due to delays in the Planning process the delivery program was very challenging. The project received Planning Consent in August 2012, started on site in September 2012 and still completed on time ready for the intake of girls and staff in August 2013.
