The Regency building was completely refurbished, including restoration of the original architectural features. Brand new, contemporary furniture and fittings were installed to create a new, modern girls' Boarding House for Cheltenham College's day and full boarders. The house included bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas, as well as housemistress accommodation.
As part of an ongoing relationship with the College, we project managed the conversion of the building, from advice on the initial acquisition, the design phase and gaining planning and listed building consent, through to delivering the project through the Construction stages.
The project was delivered on-time, despite heavy time-constraints, all ready for the arrival of the new cohort at the start of the Autumn term.
