Evans Jones were appointed by the Landlord of Staverton Court to deliver 6000ft² of new office space for the existing tenant, Hazlewoods Accountants.

The site comprised a former Manor House, set in substantial grounds, which has been converted to provide office accommodation.
Our Planning team secured consent for a new building on Green Belt land, achieving a relatively unencumbered consent at the first time of asking. Our Project team then led negotiations between Landlord and Tenant and procured the works on a Design and Build basis.
The principal challenge was to divert a number of services which, surprisingly, given the location, ran beneath the site of the new building. By procuring and coordinating these works prior to the building contract, we were able to ensure a swift start on site and works were completed by the end of November.
This was ready for staff to move into their new offices in time for end of year tax returns, an important and busy time of year.
