Project Overview:

Evans Jones were instructed to provide 48 reinstatement cost assessments for a wide variety of council owned assets to include schools, commercial premises, sports grounds, community centres, stores and a theatre.

Challenges:

The main challenge was program.

We were charged with completing two to three inspections a day.

We used our experience of multi-site commissions to map all sites and devise an efficient program.

Our Admin team supported our surveyors by contacting each site in advance, with a reminder the day before, ensuring all sites were up to speed and ready to receive us with minimal input from the Council's property team.

The Results:

We completed all inspections in a short time frame with minimal input from our client. 

All information was collected in a timely and efficient manner and we delivered RCA reports on program ensuring our client was able to complete their insurance renewal with time to spare with the comfort of knowing their properties had up to date valuations.
