What is a Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule?
A PPM schedule is a costed schedule of works typically set out over a 3-5 year period based on a detailed inspection of the building fabric and or services the aim being to identify works required over the agreed period to maintain the building fabric and services in a reasonable condition, in a cost efficient manner.
We produce our schedules in Excel format allowing you to easily interrogate figures by building, element, condition rating or period and to integrate the results in multiple database software systems.
