Evans Jones was contracted to act as principal designer, health and safety advisor, cost manager and client agent on the development of a new 4700m2 industrial facility that included 700m2 ancillary office accommodation, car parking, servicing yard, landscaping, service connections, drainage and the formation of a new entrance and exit
- Location:
- Stonehouse
An added complication was an existing water course crossing the site which needed to be diverted without causing contamination of an invasive species also growing on the site.

The Results:
Despite funding challenges regarding grants and historical issues regarding contract management, Evans Jones project management team planned, coordinated, controlled, and reported on all aspects of the project, including preparatory works, soil testing, surveying, site clearance, watercourse diversion, construction and associated external services and infrastructure.
