The whole development included the provision of 170m2 of single-storey accommodation for fitting out by a tenant with bin store together with a shared entrance and barrier-controlled access for separation between tenants.
The Results:
Evans Jones planned, coordinated, controlled, and reported on all aspects of the project.
Despite the issues caused by a shared site for two very different end users, all cost, time and quality targets were met.
